So, Eric arrived home last night with this huge playset for the kids that he found on Craigslist. He got it for $125….not too bad considering it is only a few years old….this isn’t the full structure either. He was up until midnight putting it together.
This morning the horses got out so Eric was out at 7am rounding them up so Maryn woke up and went outside calling Eric. She saw the playground and came running inside jumping up and down but struggling to get any words out…eventually managing, “Daddy made a big toy for me!” She was so excited. Caleb after seeing it just b-lined for it and they’ve been playing on it all morning…including eating their breakfast on it. The slide is pretty fast….Caleb flies down…you can see it’s a total adrenaline rush for him but Maryn is much more cautious…after much convincing, she’ll go down holding your hand or with feet plastered to the sides to slow her down. It still has a whole monkey bar section with rings to add on . Anyway, I’m sure the kids will really enjoy it!

Looks like so much fun! I love having things in the yard for the kids to play on--it makes things WAY more fun at home!

Holy smokes! The kids get bigger every new picture!! And cuter!! How fun for them to have their own playground!!
