this process has been absolutely miraculous so far. i am feeling so blessed and so loved! we have tried our best to be faithful and as new challenges seem to step in the way, we remind ourselves of the how much divine intervention we have felt so far and decide to trust Him to take care of it. and He has.
we had a list of things that came off the inspection including needing extensive work on the roof, high radon levels and windows replaced or resealed. there ended up being about 10 things on our list. i was feeling like we were asking for the world when we knew we already had a generous deal. but they got back to us within a day saying they would repair and certify or replace everything that was on our list!!!
then this morning i received an email from someone ready to move forward with the process of taking over our current apartment lease. we are not quite there yet, but i'm trusting that it will work out.
don't ever doubt that Heavenly Father knows your situation...He can change your life in a day. this i know.

So true! Right now I am struggling with patience, so this post is a reminder that things will work themselves out somehow if I keep being diligent. What an exciting (and stressful) time for you guys! Happy that things are falling into place :)
