i know that it's been a while, but we have been trying to get back into the swing of things. we are all doing well. caleb's arm is fine...they set it really well and this morning we had it cast into his new "turquoise" waterproof cast which he is very proud of.
roy-d and jewel named their baby colton jude for those of you who wanted to know and she is doing fairly well. she's had a few ups and downs but nothing that they didn't expect--so overall, we are pleased with how she is doing. hopefully, i'll get to the hospital soon to take more pics to post. it's rather tricky because the hospital is 45 mins away and they don't allow any kids....too risky....so there is always the babysitting issue plus one of the parents has to be with us.
my mom is off in south africa with maiya for three weeks and even though she has only been gone for two days now, we are all missing her!
anyway, i haven't post pics for a while and i took a bunch on sunday for mom to take to our grandparents in south africa so here are some of those:

What a CUTE family! ALl of you! I'm so glad Jude is doing good! Oh, Caleb... why is it always in the summer when kids break their arms? No swimming! Grrr.
It must be so wonderful to be so close to your family. I'm so far away from all of mine. I just used "so" way to many times :)
