this last sunday was so lovely. we all got together for little wyatt's baby blessing while his grandma and grandpa keiser were still in town. although this summer has definitely not been what we expected, we have loved having all my brothers and sisters living within 10 minutes of each other! we LOVE being together! and considering that we are about to be spread all over the country again, these are precious moments!
the blessing was beautiful and so personal. the bishop, the grovers, and patriarch & sister gill came and then all the family. they asked me to play the piano while everybody was arriving. it was quite amazing. we had about 15 minutes while everybody was waiting to arrive. everyone gathered around and just sat reverently and listened to the music....even the little ones did without prompting. there was the sweetest spirit that filled the room as we sat quietly together and anticipated this special event! it was almost unexpected but i felt the spirit stronger then than i have in a long time. i do not owe this to my tremendous piano playing that was riddled with impromptu mistakes but rather, i felt like it was a beautiful little gift sent from heaven to all present and the vehicle was music.
brynny gave wyatt a beautiful, personal and heartfelt blessing. you could feel the love of this new daddy just oozing out of him. both wyatt and colton are such strong spirits. they have brought such strength and peace with them! i am going to be so sad to see little wyatt go next week.
